Email Details and Support
When reporting an error, please ensure you have done the following:
- You have checked your email settings (see below)
- Your account name and password are entered correctly and in lower-case (Outlook Express: Look under "Tools" > "Accounts" > "Mail" then select an account and click "Properties")
We believe it is essential for any machine that is connecting to the internet to have reliable and up to date anti-virus software installed. Many of the problems encountered are due to a virus recieved on email infecting and preventing normal operation of the clients computer.
Email Settings:
Account name: As supplied with your first invoicePassword: As supplied
mail server (in/pop3): mail.headweb.net
mail server (out/smtp): smtp.headweb.net
If you have your own domain:
Account name: As supplied with your first invoicePassword: As supplied
mail server (in/pop3): mail.yourdomain
mail server (out/smtp): smtp.yourdomain

When you telephone it will help to have the error message written down, and for you to be in front of your computer.
